Return and Refund Policy

The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the website. Terms Correct as of Sat Mar 12 2022

All images and products thereof are and will remain property of Ceramics by Monica and should not be used without prior permission.

If you are not satisfied with the goods that you have purchased from my website, you may return any object  within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We cannot  accept the return of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for  health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed  following delivery (this does not affect your statutory rights, for  example where such goods are faulty). 

You must pay the cost of postage and this will not be refunded to you by "Ceramics by Monica" website. The item(s) will be credited to your payment method within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Exceptions to the Returns Policy  

(a) contracts for the supply of goods that are made to order, on the basis of your individual choice or decision;  

(b) contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalised;  

(c) contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed following delivery;  (d) contracts for the supply of goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after their delivery.
